WHAT PACKAGE IS RIGHT FOR MY EVENT?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY?
We allow cancellation 14-Days prior to event date, otherwise, payment is non-refundable. Any request for a date, time, or location change must be made at least 14-Days prior to event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability.
IS A BACKDROP INCLUDED WITH ALL PHOTOBOOTH PACKAGE?
Absolutely! Our backdrops make your photo booth the centerpiece of the event while naturally blending in with your decor.
WHAT IF I WANT TO USE MY OWN BACKDROP WITH THE PHOTOBOOTH RENTAL?
This is absolutely fine, we are sure it will look lovely.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT TO SECURE MY DATE?
Yes. There's a 20% downpayment required and remaining balance due 14-Days prior to event date. If booking time is less than 14-Days to event date then full payment is required to secure your date.
WHY DO I NEED PROPS?
Although optional, there’s nothing better than seeing a bunch of friends and family having fun and taking silly pictures of themselves with mustache photo props and lips photo booth props. Your guests will keep these pictures forever! Every year on your wedding day Facebook will post “remember this” from last year's funny pictures of you and all of your bridesmaids smiling wide with an assortment of other props.
WHAT IS THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE POSH BOOTH AND THE EXPERIENCE PRINT BOOTH PACKAGE?
The main difference between both packages is The Experience Print Booth comes with a photo print station while The Posh Booth package doesn't. Also, with The Posh Experience Print Booth, every capture will be saved to an online folder were you and your guest will have access to. Most especially, The Posh Experience Print Booth comes with a personalized theme template.

IS THE COLD SPARK MACHINE SAFE?

The Cold Spark Machine allows for safe creation of the stunning desired sparks effects. This machine is fully programmable and easy to set up.

In contrast, Cold Spark Machines do not use flammable elements to create a sparkling, firework-esque display. Instead, it uses a mixture of small grains made up of zirconium and titanium. Those grains are loaded into a small rectangular machine using small pouches with a safety interlock system.
